Inglewood Shepherd's Huts ligger 15 km fra Askham Hall i Penrith og tilbyder indkvartering med adgang til spabad. Der er egen indgang på campingpladsen. The peace and quiet, located 10 minutes outside of Penrith on farming land, the loudest noise we heard during our stay was the goats grazing. The hut itself was lovely, clean, tidy and cozy, perfect for a quiet getaway. It was lovely to make a morning coffee, open the hut doors and sit outside and enjoy the views out into the dales. On an evening, you can enjoy a BBQ whilst waiting for the hot tub to warm up (this can take several hours, a tip might be to ask the owners to pre-heat it for you if possible, especially in the colder months), then relax around the fire pit. There was even a chilled bottle of Prosecco waiting for us in the fridge. Only communicated with the owner, Cleone, through e-mail as she informed us she had personal guests and would be busy.

Scallow Campsite ligger mindre end 14 km fra Glyndebournes operahus og 25 km fra AMEX Stadion i Lewes. Der tilbydes indkvartering med opholdsområde. The camping pod was really cosy and clean, much roomier and more comfortable than I expected. The pods are really well kitted out with kitchenware and home comforts, which is perfect for a solo traveller who can't carry too much with them. Lovely little coffee/tea hamper provided and the hob was really easy to use. The pods are warm and well lit, with a great little decking area to sit out on into the evening. Very comfortable beds and bedding, plenty of towels in the shower room and all the little extra things you might need have been thought of. I would highly recommend the Scallows and would love to visit again myself one day.

F&H Camping ligger i Danby, 46 km fra Dalby Skov, 27 km fra Middlesbrough Domkirke og 28 km fra væddeløbsbanen Redcar. Everything was really clean and tidy the toilets and showers was really clean too, it was really cosy even tho it was cold outside the heating kept it really nice, beautiful views.

Wildflower Meadow Cabins ligger i Whitington, under 39 km fra Apex og Houghton Hall. Der tilbydes indkvartering med have samt gratis privat parkering for gæster i bil. The cabins were delightful, you could tell that a lot of thought and love went into them. All staff were personable, friendly, attentive and accommodating. The site was peaceful. The restaurant for breakfast was simple and a relaxing place to be.

Eastridge Glamping - Camping Pods ligger under 38 km fra Ironbridge Gorge og 39 km fra Telford International Centre i Shrewsbury og tilbyder indkvartering med opholdsområde.
